Phoenix Properties offers the option of paying rent online
for your apartment community. The ability to pay rent online has many advantages
over paying by check or money order:
- It's Free! When paying your rent from your savings
or checking account, ACH transaction, the apartment community pays
for the service fee.
- It's Everywhere! Pay your rent from anywhere,
at any time of the day or night.
- You're in Control! You can set it up for monthly
or recurring payments. You choose.
- Credit Card Services Optional: For an additional
service fee, you can utilize a credit card payment for your rent. This service
does not allow recurring payments. When using Visa, you will also need to
do a verification over the phone for each transaction. We recommend the
ACH method (bank transfer) for these reasons, but the option is there for
you to decide.
Once you're logged on, just walk through the steps involved
in setting up your account. You will be establishing your own username and
password, so be sure to have a pen and paper available to record this information.
You will need to know the building number, street name, and apartment
number to apply the payment to the correct resident account.
